Completely renovated and decorated. Very comfortable and quiet. Three very special accommodations created with great care. The apartments were fully renovated in August 2024. Ideal for one or two people, they overlook the pool and are very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed and a TV. The living room has a large Smart TV that allows you to interact from your mobile phone and connect to the main streaming platforms. You have a Netflix account called Mad Suite. Included in the price is a fantastic, spacious parking space located next to the elevator that takes you directly to the apartment. When you make your reservation, we will send you check-in instructions, which can be in person or fully automated. The complex has a concierge and 24-hour security and is very well maintained: seasonal pool, garden, tennis court, gym...

Its location, very close to IFEMA, Wanda Civitas Metropolitano and the Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport or the Navarra Clinic, is one of its strong points. It is also designed for those people who, wanting to spend a few days in Madrid to enjoy its great cultural, leisure and gastronomic offer, do not like to use their car through the Center. Coming to Mad Suite you can arrive by car, use public transport that is at the door and return to tranquility and relaxation in a very short time after having enjoyed the Center.
With one of the best commercial and leisure offers in Madrid. Very well connected to the center by public transport: the bus is at the door of the building, it will take you to the center of Madrid in a few minutes and it even has a night service so you can enjoy the Madrid night in complete peace of mind without having to use your vehicle. . In the building itself you have a supermarket, cafeteria, bank, pharmacy and even an Irish pub.
