It's a very cozy apartment. The kitchen has been recently renovated. The appliances are new and the furniture has had little use.
The apartment consists of a living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 single beds of 90 cm, 1 full bathroom, 1 kitchen, a study area and a dining room or terrace.

This charming apartment is located in the heart of Marbella. Just a few minutes away from the beach, from the marina, from the old town and from the Alameda Park.
Very well connected to the bus or taxi stop if you want to visit several places without using a car.
If you come with your own or rented car, it is possible to rent a parking space during your stay in Marbella. If you are interested, please advise and I will inform you about the availability and additional fee.
