The very spacious and bright apartments, beachfront of la Malagueta, enjoy side views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city from the height of a tenth floor. One of the apartments also has a very large terrace. Residential building, quiet and safe, with doorman.
Completely recently renovated, they have a new air conditioning in the living room and a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment for your comfort. Bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi and large flat-screen TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime through your user password. Very close private parking according to availability (book in advance)

The capital of the Costa del Sol enjoys an exceptional quality of life. Its pleasant weather conditions allow you to make the most of your leisure and rest time. Its beaches meet the highest quality standards. The wide gastronomic offer for all budgets is a unique experience. Malaga is also known for being the city of museums. The prestigious collections of the Picasso Museum or the Center Pompidou offer the visitor a first-class artistic tour. Sports and nature lovers will also enjoy their hobbies to the fullest with the wide promenade, the beaches and the nearby mountains just a few minutes from the apartments.
The apartments are located in the exclusive Malagueta neighborhood. The portal of the building is located on the Paseo Marítimo, a stone's throw from the beach and the open shopping center Muelle Uno. The main places of interest in the city are just a few minutes from the apartments. Enjoy a pleasant and short walk to Calle Larios, the Alcazaba (elevator access) or the Cathedral. It also has public transport (bus line 14 and taxis) very close. The tourist bus stop is three minutes away. The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants and cafes with terraces where you can enjoy both local and international cuisine. There are several supermarkets and pastry shops in the immediate vicinity.
