Housed in an old convent, dating from the 17th century, this Parador hotel has kept its original character and architecture, including a magnificent cloister and gardens. Admire the lovely setting of this hotel. Stroll around the gardens – complete with cypress trees and roses. In the summer months you can enjoy a dip in the Parador de Chinchon’s seasonal outdoor swimming pool. This is the ideal place to relax – the hotel’s rooms are pretty and spacious, creating a peaceful ambience. There are 2 restaurants onsite, where you can enjoy a 3-course meal with friends or family and sample local-style dishes, accompanied by a bottle of wine.
