The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in three of the bedrooms. Parking will never be a problem, as the house has easy access and parking space available both inside and outside the property. The first floor, accessed by stairs, houses two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, both sharing a balcony with panoramic views of the bay and the charming village of Fornells. On this floor you will also find another bedroom with bunk beds, air conditioning and views of the historic Torre de Fornells, along with another full bathroom for the comfort of your guests. It is located in a quiet area, but close to the centre of Fornells. Just in front, there is a park for the little ones. You will have easy access to shops, restaurants and local attractions.
