The Finca Sa Font is situated just one kilometre from the centre of the Mallorcan town of Artà, surrounded by fields and nature and overlooking the Santuari de Sant Salvador. The 2-storey holiday home sits on a 20,000 m² plot, was recently built in 2007 and offers its guests a maximum level of comfort across 300 m² of living space. It has a light-flooded living/dining room with high ceilings and roof beams, a very well-equipped kitchen, a utility room with washing machine, 4 bedrooms (2 each with a queen size bed, 2 each with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air-conditioned rooms, central heating, a fireplace in the living room, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The villa features a beautiful, wrap-around patio, which, partly covered and furnished, offers a wonderful place to stay in the fresh air. From here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and the mountains on the horizon or use the spacious lawns to relax. The absolute highlight is the 55 m² private pool, which, in addition to the outdoor showers, invites you to cool off on warm summer days. A small playground also provides entertainment and fun for the little guests of the house. The nearest supermarket is 800 m from the house and a small selection of bars can be reached after 500 m or a 6-minute walk. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are located in the centre of Artà (1 km). Beautiful, natural beaches and crystal clear bays like Cala Agulla or Cala Moll are about 11 km or a 14-minute drive away. The lively town of Cala Ratjada - with its famous harbour promenade - can be reached after a 15-minute drive. Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
