A unique location to enjoy the sun, the sea and the beach. You can walk straight onto the beach from the garden. The villa sports a unique frontal sea view from its large living room windows and from the adjacent spacious outdoor terrace. The 4 bedrooms each have a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and sea - 2 terraces have frontal sea views and 2 have side sea views. The villa has recently been completely renovated, including the semi-open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The large garden, with palm trees and cacti, is completely walled in and gives direct access to the beach through a gate. Lovely to watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning, to drink a cup of coffee or to enjoy aperitifs on the beach in the evening. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided. On the covered terrace next to the kitchen there is an outdoor kitchen area perfectly suited for preparing paella. A large paella pan is provided, as well as a barbecue. Villa Roca is fully equipped to be enjoyed by a maximum of 11 people. Cullera is known for its extensive and beautiful beaches (all awarded with the blue flag).

Villa Roca is owned by three childhood friends and their wives. The name of the house is a tribute to the warm and welcoming local family who built it and immensely enjoyed it prior to us. What started as a great idea when we were traveling in the area has grown into this rental project! We have spent a lot of time together to get the project ready, with a lot of fun and friendship!!! This house has a unique location on the beach! We were instantly smitten on our first visit. Our own past experience, when looking for a house to rent for our holidays, taught us that finding a house on the beach is difficult in France / Spain. This area is an authentic part of Spain, rice fields, orange trees ... Most people you meet are locals or Spanish families who enjoy the beach and the sea for a day.

The town of Cullera is also known for its historic center (3 km from Villa Roca) and the rocky hill with the castle of Cullera. It is a short picturesque uphill walk to the castle from the town center; from the castle you can make various hikes on the rocky ridge with fantastic views over the sea and the mainland. You can also take wonderful hiking trips in the beautiful nature and mountains in the vicinity of Cullera. Cullera borders the Albufera nature reserve, known for its rice plains, the Albufera lake, the typical wooden fishing boats, beautiful cycling routes, tasty paella restaurants, ... The villa is also ideally located for a golf holiday. The beautiful golf course El Saler, located in the Albufera nature reserve, is a 35 minutes’ drive from Villa Roca. Other golf courses in the area include La Galiana campo de golf and Foresson Golf Club, both approximately 25 minutes’ drive from the house. Furthermore, Villa Roca is an ideal base for a day trip to the hip city of Valencia! Valencia is about 40 minutes by car from Villa Roca; a great alternative is the direct train connection between Cullera and Valencia. There is free parking for your car at Cullera station.
