Villa Binibety is located in Binibeca Vell on the island of Menorca. This detached vacation rental property sleeps up 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private swimming pool. The Villa is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
