Located in the heart of Sóller, in a quiet area, this house accommodates 6 people. Although it has been completely renovated, the rustic charm of the property has been preserved. The house is spread over three floors and includes a living room with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms, and three bathrooms. There is also a spacious entrance area where you can store bicycles or dry clothes. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a high chair, a cot, and a stove, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing holiday at any time of the year. Parking spaces are available 5 or 10 minutes on foot from the property. The house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions. Thanks to its central location, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, the nearest bus stop, and the train station are all just a few minutes' walk away (bus stop: 350 m; train station: 400 m). The nearest beach, in Port de Sóller, is about 10 minutes away by car.
IMPORTANT: If you come to the property by car, you must provide your license plate number to the host so that a special access permit to the area can be issued.
The roof of the property has been renovated to improve thermal insulation and waterproofing. The house has central oil heating, air conditioning with heat pump, and a wood stove. The central heating system has a time limit to encourage rational fuel use. Energy consumption (electricity and oil) is available at an additional cost.
