Our company Lanzarote Retreats owns many chic and eco-friendly holiday homes, mainly in and around Arrieta, a stunning, rural village in the North of the Canary Islands, Lanzarote.
From our offices located in Costa Teguise, a friendly team is totally committed to providing a personal and knowledgable service to all guests. Using our own personal experience of life in Lanzarote, we ensure that your holiday is tailor-made and the best it can possibly be.
If you are looking to holiday in Lanzarote we are here to help! From organising car hire, arranging days out, providing child and nursery equipment to recommending restaurants and beaches, the team at Lanzarote Retreats have over 30 years of experience of living, working, keeping the kids happy (very important) and just generally enjoying Lanzarote.

Villa Palacio & Yurt sit on a private estate on the mountainside of Tabayesco with uninterrupted views out to sea on the North East coast of Lanzarote and mountains behind. The vast plot is 15,000 M2 consisting of Villa Palacio - 6 bedrooms along with Palacio Yurt + Garden Bedroom, making a grand total of 8 double bedrooms. This strikingly modern ‘home from home’ villa offers breath-taking panoramic views of Arrieta’s coastline and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. An exceptional villa in an idyllic location, perfect for families and friends looking to get away and enjoy the peace and tranquillity this rural retreat has to offer. The open-plan interior design and attention to fine detail make this property the finest in the region. Villa Palacio is nothing short of spectacular. With its sea, pools and garden views throughout, huge kitchen, dining and living spaces it is worthy of its many features in luxury magazines. There is a solar-heated pool, plunge pool with spa jets and 2 shaded gazebo areas, also a hot tub, pool table and tennis table.
While the villa does not have built-in air conditioning or central heating, fans and electric heaters are available on request to ensure your comfort year-round.

This stunning private location, covering 15,000m2, is just on the outskirts of the tranquil farming village of Tabayesco, boasting the most beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and down to the Atlantic Ocean. La Garita golden sand Beach at Arrieta is just 1km away and is ideal for swimming or enjoying a meal of fresh seafood and Canarian specialities at local restaurants, which are open all year round. This is the most traditional area of Lanzarote. Arrieta is a small traditional Canarian fishing village which has learnt to adapt to meet the demands of some low key tourism. Among other things, the village offers wonderful seafront fish restaurants, a supermarket and the best beachside mojito bar! Palacio is ideally situated to visit the very best rural villages, secluded bays, volcanic walks and tourist attractions such as Haria traditional market and the home of Cesar Manrique, the Cactus Garden, Jameos del Agua, Cueva de Los Verdes (The Green Caves), Mirador del Rio, La Graciosa. The best of Lanzarote is close by!
