It is not possible to book the shuttle in advance, it can only be reserved at the time of check-in at the reception. It is not possible to guarantee the shuttle at a specific time, it is subject to availability and the order of reservations at check-in. It is a free service, so the hotel reserves the right to make any changes to the schedules to ensure good service.
