Cosy apartment with excellent location, only 5 minutes drive to Ruka ski resort. Car is not necessary, free Ski-bus stop 20 m from outdoor. Apartment is located by the Kesäjärvi Lake.
Please note following:
1. LINEN AND TOWELS
Apartment is rented without linen and towels. If you want to rent them with extra charge, please inform us at least 7 days in advance (price 19e/person).
2. HOUSE CLEANING
We expect you to leave house as it was on arrival. If you want cleaning service end of your stay with extra charge, please inform us at least 7 days in advance (price 159e). If the apartment doesn't meet normal cleaning standards after departure, 200e extra fee will be charged.
3. LOFT
Please note that 5 beds are located in loft with alcoves.
4. PETS
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
