Welcome to your quiet nest at Tikkurila city center, close to train station and Helsinki airport HEL!
This modern fully equipped studio is cosy for two or three incl. two combined 90cm beds, two armchairs, washing machine, oven/microwave oven, dish washer, large cabinet/wardrobe, dinner table and three chairs, flat tv (netflix available), free wifi, utensils and cutlery for four etc. Additional mattress for adults or crib for baby on request. Bathroom has heated floor that makes your cold winter days feel like heaven.
Restaurant downstairs, grocery stores, gym and other services are close by. Some free parking places close by for 1-4 hours and many paid parking slots ~1,0 euro/hour. Typically you pay parking only during working hours.
We are a finnish couple who likes travelling, outdoor life (sking, hiking, golf), pets and kids. We live in Helsinki only 20 minutes away so if you need any help we are here to support you.
We have been keeping Airbnb for some months and just moved to Booking which is the reason we do not have any feedback yet in booking com. Although in airbnb our results were five star!
Close to city center (5-10min walk) but still in it's own peace without typical disturbancies happening at railway stations. You can walk to railway station, Heureka and city center of Tikkurila.
Helsinki city center is only 12minutes by train.
Jumbo shopping mall is 12 minutes by bus or 5min by car.
Airport is 6 minutes by train, 20 min by bus and 10 min by car/uber.
Uber is serving well and costs roughly 10-15eur to airport and 25eur to Helsinki City depending on availability.
Free parking places at Kaislarinne for four hours, one hour free at Horsmakuja and 24 hours free parking at Heureka.
