Chalet 8208 is a spacious two bedroom apartment right by the slopes at Ylläsjärvi, distance to Gondola lift only 200m.
Bedrooms have twinbeds, which can be separated. In the living room one sofa-bed for two persons. Maximum staying capacity 4+2 persons.
To keep the price down, we ask You to leave the apartment tidy; trashes out, dishes to washer (You can leave it on) floors/tabletops tidy. We always clean before guest arrives, but for additional cleaning costs (stains/trash) we will have to charge extra.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels, since they are not included in the price. We also have them readily available in the apartment with cost of 20e/person. Please remember to send message to us if you wish to rent.
It is strictly forbidden to use beds without linen. When beds are being used without proper bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, we are forced to charge extra minimum 40e/bed for additional cleaning costs to ensure good night sleep also for our next guest.
This is a fully equipped apartment, not a hotel room. We provide normal first night’s needs, for example toilet paper, but for longer stay please bring / purchase more if you need.
Parking lot is right next to the building, you can choose any available slot. All places have electrical outlets for heating. Since there is one spece for each apartment, additional cars or trailers have to parked elsewhere.
Please note that the smaller heating electrical outlets are not allowed to be used for charging EV's!
To charge EV's we have placed outlets on the top side of the parking lot. You can download PARKING ENERGY app for Android or Iphone and register. You can then start charging with QR code displayed on the charger. Also dedicated registered Tag, NFC or credit card can be used.
We are local couple from Ylläsjärvi adding our Chalet to the accommodation possibilities in Ylläs.
