We are a local family business from 2021. We are both from Lapland, and our families have lived here for centuries. In our free time, we adventure in the nature of Ylläs in different styles. In addition to Ylläs-Ukko, we rent apartments Loimu and Korpi located on Tunturintie Äkäslompolo. We have built all our destinations ourselves in such a way that spending a vacation in our destinations would be comfortable and easy.

A luxurious villa for 8 person to enjoy the moments together in Lapland. This newly built (spring 2024) villa is located in a quiet location near the services and activities of Äkäslompolo. Ski track with lighting, a ski bus stop and the summer beach are within walking distance. You can go cycling and hiking on wonderful routes directly from the yard of the holiday villa. The time and duration of the vacation can be chosen flexibly. Ylläs-Ukko is perfect for two families, several generations, or for those spending an active holiday in a group of adults. The one-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets. Two bedrooms have a double bed (160 x 200cm) and two have two separate beds (80 x 200cm). In addition, two bedrooms have a separate work surface for possible remote work. Free WiFi is included in the reservation. The well-equipped kitchen includes e.g. Moccamaster and toaster for 4 slices. The washroom has two rain showers and an electric sauna. The large windows of the living room and the terrace (28m2) open to the forest landscape in the south direction. You can cool down the summer heat with an air heat pump, and a warm outdoor storage (5m2) allows you to store sports equipment. There is a charging station for electric cars in the carport, which can be used for a charging fee. Firewood is delivered in a basket per reservation. Final cleaning is included in the price. Additional services: Electric car charging fee 50e/week/vehicle or 10e/day/vehicle depending on the duration of the reservation. Linen and towel sets EUR 25/person/booking. Smaller child's travel bed and linen set 35e/booking. A high chair and a potty are delivered to the villa free of charge upon request.

At Ylläs, you can experience the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park with all your senses. We have 7 fells here (Ylläs, Kesänki, Kukas, Kuer, Aakenus, Lainio and Pyhä) and nearby also Äkäskero. Nature changes according to eight different seasons. The northern lights can be seen with suitable weather from mid-August to the end of April.
