This Fiji island resort offers an award-winning private island retreat, surrounded by white sand beaches, coral reefs and crystal clear waters. The resort offers 4 restaurants, free non-motorised water sports and a free kids club. Each of the spacious and traditionally thatched Fijian-style bungalows at Castaway Island has a refurbished private bathroom. Guests can choose to stay in a bungalow located directly on the beach. Free resort facilities include a tennis court, beach volleyball, canoeing, windsurfing, snorkelling and hobie catamarans. You can relax on the beach or in a hammock, or indulge yourself with a massage or body treatment. Overlooking the beach and ocean, the award-winning Restaurant 1808 serves Asian, Fijian and Indian fusion cuisine. Water’s Edge Restaurant serves Fijian cuisine and sweeping ocean views. Sundowner Pizza Bar serves wood-fired pizzas and is located on the beach front. Nuku Marau Pool Bar & Grill is situated by the pool. Castaway Island is situated 27 km from Denarau Island. It can be reached in 15 minutes by helicopter or seaplane from Nadi Airport.
