This delighful house in the heart of Sancerre has a lot of character, with stylish warm decor.
The downstairs offers a entrance with a laundry,
The first floor, a large living, an open-plan kitchen and a dining room. The decor throughout is subtle yet effective in creating a relaxing, homely atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with all modern conveniences and the living area is also equipped with audio-visual devices.
A bathroom and separate toilet.
On last floor, 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single). One shower in the master bedroom.
The house is just 5 minutes walk to the town square and a 3 minute walk from the Cœur de France Language School
Being in the old town of Sancerre allows our guests to explore its charms by foot.
