High standing apartment in one of the best pedestrian area in the heart of Paris "Le village Montorgueil" in the 2nd district. This wonderful 55 sqm 2 rooms apartment has an entrance, a big kitchen, a living room, a big bedroom and a bathrom. Very bright and very quiete, fully equipped, it is also very chic, warm and comfortable. Located in a beautiful haussmanian building of the end of the 19th century, it is very secured (a guard, intercom, digicode), on the 5th floor with modern elevator... Reinforced door, parquet floor, mouldings, italian tiling ... Without speaking of the view which is typical on the parisian roofs : marvellous! The district is very secured and its central location is perfect to discover Paris. You are only to few minutes by walking from wonderful Louvre museum, Beaubourg museum, Tuileries gardens, Notre-Dame cathedral,Palais-Royal gardens, the famous district of the Marais or the mythic St Germain des Près district... Perfectly well connected with a lot of buses and subways (only 45 min from international airport of Roissy Charles de Gaulle or 35 min from Orly airport). This is a chic and trendy district with young and dynamic population.

Especially you can enjoy the numerous cafés, terrasses and restaurants, or outdoor food market of the very animated Montorgueil street. For the fashion lovers, this is a must of trendy and wonderful stores, for the antiques lovers you have the "passage du Grand Cerf" and the "galerie Vivienne" few minutes walking. This welcoming and lovable neighbourhood has been called by its residents, the "Village Montorgueil". You should know it's really easy to reach the apartment: direct and fast by train (RER B until "Les halles" station) from "Roissy Charles de Gaulle international airport" (only 45 minutes as noted previously), or from "Orly airport" (idem RER B until "Les Halles"station, in about 35 minutes). And by taxi (or UBER) it's very convenient, confortable and not expensive. From main train stations "Gare du Nord"(Eurostar) or "Gare de Lyon" you need 10-20 minutes by taxi or subway (station "les Halles" or "Etienne Marcel"). There are plenty of buses, subway (lignes 4 station "Etienne Marcel" or "Les Halles", ligne 3 station "Sentier") and RER (kind of "super subway" lignes A-B-D).

Of course and once again you should not miss the famous and lively Montorgueil street with its permanent food market (moreover there is another outdoor food market twice a week, every Thursday and Sunday at the beginning of Montmartre street, so very close to the apartement). Just several words about Montorgueil street: - The fruits are excellent at "le palais du fruit" - You can have a nice coffee at the authentic "Café du centre" - At "le repaire de Bacchus" the choice of very good wines is remarquable - The Italian and "Auvergnat" (a french area in the center of France, which is actually my home region) caterer are delicious - At least, don't miss one of the best backeries in Paris "Sthorer" (the oldest one of the city, created in 1730, which was the last one of the last king of France, really unbelievable ...). Be careful, their "pain au chocolat" could kill you :)) since they are just amazing (an advice, don't go there if you want to loose weight...).
