Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Gradignan, this charming house of lime pit foot of a surface of 95 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 24 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 000 m². We are waiting for you! The housing is composed as follows: - A living room of 24 m² with sofa, TV, Wifi (optical fiber) and a dining area - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates (gas). Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: two single beds, bed linen and towels included - Bedroom 3: 140x190cm bed. - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron.
