Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the client or the company, the hotel reserves the right to apply the following cancellation fees:
• Full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• 100% of the total amount will be due and non-refundable for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The Spa is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and privatized for 1 session of 45 mins for each stay. To take advantage of our Spa remember to book in advance. For a 2nd session at the Spa (Flotarium / Sauna) during the stay, you will be billed at 130 Euros for 2 people. Please note that the spa access is only for one free slot and then other slot are with extra cost.
