Ideal for a couple or a business trip, this 1 bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor (pedestrian street view) of a newly renovated building features a fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning and has stylish light fittings throughout with eye-catching decoration.
The apartment is fully equipped: Wifi, TV, a jacuzzi bathtub, A/C and a washing drying machine.
Upon your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions: bed linen, towels and bath products, coffee and tea. Moreover our smart-lock system will allow you an autonomous arrival after 3pm and a key-less stay.
As all our apartments are non smoker a breach of this rule will force us to execute a special cleaning in the apartment hence 50% of your damage deposit will be debited.

With its small pedestrian cobblestone streets, the Montorgueil district has lots of charm. The main artery, Rue Montorgueil, is lined with local food shops, bars and restaurants as well as trendy clothing shops. In the early morning, delivery trucks and a bustling atmosphere reflect the Paris of yesteryear. In the streets parallel to Rue Montorgueuil, new restaurants, cocktail bars and bobo shops have opened, notably in Rue Saint-Sauveur, Rue Bachaumont, Rue Greneta, Rue Mandar and in the Passage du Grand Cerf.
