The castle of Trigance is located in the village Trigance in the heart of the gorges of the Verdon. Hortense and Théo, a young couple who have been running this hotel *** & restaurant since 2020, welcome you to this fortress with their young and dynamic team, making sure that you live an unusual and rejuvenating experience. Our establishment now offers a Contemporary Table, a restaurant in which the Chef Théo Barberis, manager, Chef of the restaurant and village child, invites you to taste modern cuisine, refined and inventive. For the less rushed, the dream continues... you will return to your room, bewitched by this medieval atmosphere; under the canopy, the wandering imagination will lull you in the silence Trigançois. In the morning breakfast will be served on the large terrace with a view.

臺灣「雖然位置較為偏遠, 但整體氛圍令人映象深刻, 景色超棒, 房間雖然偏老舊, 但還是有用心維護(冷氣是大金的), 住在這邊最重要的是它的餐廳一定要訂位, 煙燻牛排超好吃, 是我這整趟行程 (包含巴黎的Jan) 印象最深的餐廳. 雖然貴, 但真的物超所值!!」
