We have three holiday apartments on the first & second floors of an 18th century townhouse. Two larger apartments (Cent Cinq 1 and 2) have spacious living areas with huge windows and plenty of character, they have fully equipped modern kitchens, bright and airy double bedrooms and modern bathrooms. They also have a sofa bed in each. A third smaller duplex apartment (Cent Cinq 3) has kitchen, dining and living space on the first floor and bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. We want your stay here to be as easy as possible, so we also provide you with access to a secure car park, just a five minute walk away from Cent Cinq. All guests have use of the gorgeous internal courtyard, perfect for relaxing in at any time of day. There's a washing machine and freezer - as well as secure space for bicycles in the utility room. Free fast wifi and plenty of local information will help you make the most of your time here. The house has central heating so it's available all year round. There are 10 steps to the courtyard, then 10 to the first floor, then 18 to the second floor. Scroll to the booking page and select from the list, there is a floorplan to view for each one. It is not possible to stop, or park, outside the building. You can jump on a bike or in the car and within minutes you're heading through lavender fields and vineyards. Guests also have use of our Games Room, which is located in the smaller of our caves and has a section of Roman floor from the 2nd century! The games, however, are right up-to-date - pool, darts and table football. The cave is a very popular place in the summer months, because it's so cool. We sold up completely and moved to France in 2018 to follow our dreams of a quieter life, with less time spent on the motorway, better wine and the gorgeous Provence countryside. We live on the top floors of the townhouse. All apartments are located off the central staircase, so everyone has their privacy, but we're on hand if you need us. We operate self check-in, but if you would like to meet us, please text us after your arrival and we will pop down to say hello. We are located right in the heart of Apt, on a quiet pedestrian street, within walking distance of bakeries, cafes and restaurants. On a Saturday you'll step out into one of the biggest and most vibrant markets in Provence, but once the shops close in the evening the street is super quiet.

Payment terms. On a refundable rate - we will charge 25% of your booking within 24 hours of booking, and the balance 14 days prior to your stay. If you book within 14 days of your stay, or you book on a non-refundable rate, we will take full payment for your stay within 24 hours of booking. The damage deposit will be pre-authorised from your card the day prior to your arrival.
