I'm in love with Paris and especially my neighborhood of the 2nd district (the real heart of the city) for more than 15th years and I try to do my best to share it with the guests of the world. Located in the very center of Paris where the Haussmannian buildings are everywhere, the central position of my property allows a very quick and easy access to many monuments, museums, theatres, restaurants, and supermarkets by foot.

No need to use the underground or the bus, everything is of easy access. In less than 20 minutes, you can go to the magnificent Louvre Museum, to the Pompidou Centre, to the Cathedral of Notre-Dame, to the Jardins des Tuileries and the gardens of the Palais-Royal (a real treat), walk along the Seine where at night the lightings give its name to the "City of Light". In the same vicinity you will enjoy the amazing Marais area, or to Saint-Germains-des-Prés and the Quartier Latin, and visiting at the same time the Hôtel de Ville (the biggest, gorgeous town hall of France). The "Grands Boulevards" are very close from the loft and will allow you to go to the Department Stores like Les Galeries Lafayette. Once again 100 m away, you will find restaurants, cafés with terraces, supermarkets and even theater. Finally, the wonderful, unique, and animated area of Montorgueil is only 250 meters away from your property. Welcome in Paris and welcome in your loft apartment in the center of the city!
