Thank you for booking our accommodation "La Berlandière". We'll be pleased to welcome you. The accommodation consists of a main room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people in the same space. It consists of a double bed (140cm * 190cm), a single bed (90cm * 190cm) and a sofa that turns into an extra bed (80cm * 180cm) ideal for a child or teenager. Our house is 3 kms from the center of Le Merlerault. Coming from the center of Le Merlerault, take the direction "Nonant le Pin". At the top of the hill, turn left towards "Montmarcé". After crossing the place called Montmarcé, you will see on your right a fire post in front of which is a path. Take this path to the top. The house (with red windows) is on the right. On the side of the house, a red metal staircase leads to the accomodation. At the bootom of the stairs is a coded key box containing the keys to the dwelling. Our flat is located on the first floor of our house. The house is and old restaured farm built in 1840. One of the barns was built during the 17s century. We like welcoming guest from all around the world with different cultures. We appreciate sending them all the tranquility of the place and the warmth of the studio. Also we like pets ,and especially horses that we can also welcome in one of our paddocks.

Peaceful place. A hiking trail starts from the house through fields and woods. If you walk silently you may see some roe deers, hares, or foxes. You can go for 30mn walk, 1h walk or 2h30. - 3 kms from "Le Merlerault", a small village where you can find 2 bakeries, a chemist, a grocerie shop, a butcher, 2 tobacconists, a doctor, a dentist, a nurse office, a post-office, Railroad stop (train from Paris Montparnasse Vaugirard station). - 10 Kms from "Le Haras du Pin", also called "The Versailles for horses". - 12Kms from "Sées" and its beautifull cathedral. Many restaurants such as "Chez David" a very good crêperie, or the "C Gourmand" a nice restaurant. Railroad stop (train from Paris Montparnasse station). 15 kms from "Surdon" (Railroad station). (train from Paris Montparnasse station). 20 kms from the battlefield memorial of "Montormel". 30 minutes from the town of "Camembert" and its famous cheese. 30 minutes from "Alençon", "Argentan" and "l'Aigle". 1h00 from "Caen" and the "WWII Memorial Museum". 1h30 from the Dday beaches of Normandy. 2h30 from Paris or "Mont Saint-Michel".
