Built in 1885 for a General, the house is located in the Foix Quarter, new fashionable area but former a shipping area before digues have been erected to avoid flews from the river. Just a few steps from downtown with shops, at the bottom of the walls of the castle, you will enjoy the fascinating view of the Loire, facing the house. The house is ideally located and easily reachable.
Ideally located along the Loire River, only 5 minutes walking distance from Blois downtown and its castle, in the famous Loire Castles Valley. You will find more than 40 castles within 50 kilometres around the house, and amongst them, the most famous as Blois, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont, Amboise, Chenonceaux …
