Welcome to La Planque, a bright and comfortable apartment nestled in the heart of Valence — ideal for relaxing, reconnecting, or working remotely in peace.
My partner and I have just finished renovating this apartment to offer our guests a pleasant and cozy experience in our beautiful city of Valence!
Located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a quiet residential building, this T4 apartment offers a warm and functional space:
🛏️ 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds (160×200),
🛋️ 1 sofa bed with a real double mattress in the living room,
💻 A dedicated workspace perfect for remote work.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped to cook just like at home.
The bright living room opens onto the dining area and leads to a small, private terrace, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or soaking up the sun.
🚗 Easy parking: street parking available in front of the building (paid during the day, free at night) + private garage available as an option (15euros per 24h).
You'll be just steps from restaurants, markets, the train station, and all the main attractions in Valence — everything is walkable!
! Pets allowed upon prior request. To be paid on site: 15/pet or 5/night for stays of more than 3 nights.

Located in the heart of Valence, just steps from the city’s main attractions and with direct access to the pedestrian old town — yet tucked away in a peaceful area — the apartment is easily accessible from the highway (less than 10 minutes).
It’s within walking distance from Valence Ville train station (10–15 minutes), and only 15 minutes by car from Valence TGV station.
