Located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a quiet residential building, this T4 apartment offers a warm and functional space: 🛏️ 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds (160×200), 🛋️ 1 sofa bed with a real double mattress in the living room, 💻 A dedicated workspace perfect for remote work. The separate kitchen is fully equipped to cook just like at home. The bright living room opens onto the dining area and leads to a small, private terrace, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or soaking up the sun. 🚗 Easy parking: street parking available in front of the building (paid during the day, free at night) + private garage available as an option (15euros per 24h). You'll be just steps from restaurants, markets, the train station, and all the main attractions in Valence — everything is walkable! ! Pets allowed upon prior request. To be paid on site: 15/pet or 5/night for stays of more than 3 nights.
