The Résidence Epinat offers five apartments with all the necessary comfort to welcome you: - alone or in pairs with the apartment “Le 25”(ground floor): one bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and Wifi - up to 4 people with the apartment “Le Loft II” (ground floor): one bedroom, an open kitchen on a spacious living room with a sofa bed, one bathroom, a patio and Wifi - up to 4 people with the apartment “Le 251" (first floor): two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, one bathroom and Wifi - up to 4 people with the apartment “Le 252” (second floor): two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, one bathroom and Wifi - up to 6 people with the apartment “Le 253” (second floor): two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, one bathroom and Wifi All accommodations are located within the Résidence Epinat which counts 7 accomodations (the other apartments are occupied by our residential tenants). Finally, the Résidence Epinat benefits from the city's last free parking lot just in front of the building, place Jean Epinat.

Ideally located near the city center with free parking in front of the building on Place Jean Epinat, the Résidence Epinat is very convenient for discovering Vichy. The Residence is also located near the covered market (ideal for discovering local specialties and shopping for fresh food). The Park, the lake or the Vichy thermal baths are within a 15-minute walk.
