This property bears witness to a family history that began in 1873, when my great-grandparents acquired it. It was a 4-hectare vineyard where my grandfather Max delighted in cultivating his land, harvesting his wine and sharing his joys and harvests with his friends.
The year 2016 marked a turning point when, as a great-granddaughter, I set about reviving this place steeped in history and memories, giving birth to VillaVOS.

THE PRESENCE OF THE PET MUST BE MENTIONED ON THE BOOKING FORM.
Category 1 or 2 dogs are strictly forbidden on the property.
The villa and garden must be left completely clean.
RATE 15 € / day.
You will be asked to produce an up-to-date vaccination certificate.
No aggressive, noisy or unvaccinated dogs will be accepted on the property.
Only one pet will be accepted during your stay.
The property is not fenced / It is forbidden to leave the pet alone in the villa.
Exit inventory of fixtures
An initial inventory of fixtures will be carried out on the day of departure with both parties.
Given the services provided and the size of the Villa, a second inventory of fixtures will be systematically carried out during the cleaning service (short or long stays).
This may or may not give rise to the return of the security deposit, as stipulated.
Two cleaners will be responsible for cleaning the Villa for 5 hours.
Any hour of cleaning in excess of the usual schedule stipulated above will be charged to the Tenant at the rate of 35€/ additional hour. These hours will be deducted directly from the security deposit.
The Tenant shall respect the number of persons mentioned on the Contract and in accordance with the description provided. It is forbidden to receive third parties to the Contract. The Owner must be informed of any visit from an outsider (the Owner may object if it represents a danger to the property or if it is not covered by the Owner's insurance policy).
- It is strictly forbidden to organize events or parties at the Villa or in its gardens.
It is strictly forbidden to leave minor children in the villa without adult supervision.
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children in the villa and its gardens, and around the swimming pool.
