Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one equipped with two 80 cm beds that can be combined to make a 160 cm double bed, the other with a 140 cm bed. Shower room with toilet. Electric heating. Private parking.

The old gatekeeper's house, 50 m from the river and a majestic old elm tree that watches over the old Boussignac mill, turns its back on the small railway line connecting Limoges to Saint Junien.
