You will stay in the best location in Nice, only 50 metres away from the beach and promenade.
The studios are right behind the famous Negresco Palace. It is perfect of 1 or 2 people, Each studio has it's own kitchen and bathroom/toilet.
We are providing sheets and towels.

Very safe neighbourhood.
Promenade des anglais is only one block away from the studios
As the location is really central, you will be able to discover the city by walk
Never the less, all transportation are nearby; bus, bikes, tramway, train station
