This single storey wooden house offers quality services in an exceptional natural environment, 400 m from Péreire beach, 500 m from Moulleau Village and close to shops.
Villa of 95 sqm, the Oasis has a south-facing outdoor terrace of 55 sqm with integrated SPA, outdoor shower with hot water, table, sunbath and plancha available.
You enjoy a breathtaking view of the woods and a plot of 1000 sqm.
Its capacity is 6/7 persons: 3 rooms, a double bed 90 cm, a room with bed of 140 cm and a room with bed of 160 cm, room of water with Italian shower and 2 basins, individual toilet, a big stay of 35 sqm with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher).
