Charming NEW flat really close to the old village (2 min walk), and independent typic house with sea view, mountain, terrace and free private parking spot. (public parking is under renovation until 2020)
Possibility to have:
-We can pick up at airport, or train station on request (Details of prices will be sent by email)
ALL AT 2 minutes by FOOT !!
-Old village and its botanical garden
-Shop, BUS, pharmacy, bakery, tobacconist, post office, pressing office, tourist office ...
-Luxurious panoramas, Natural park 10minutes by car
-A 10km from the sea,
-A 10km from Nice
-A 10km from Monaco
-A 35 minute from Cannes.
We live in the same house :-) and love usability.
We will be discreet or not, it is you who decide!
The flat is at the first floor , to our house.
It is located at the end of residential dead end street (only 4 houses)
The access is made through a STEEP street by car and walk.(10meter)
