This is a family building build at the beginning of the 20th century by my grand grandfather who was an electrician. it has been maintained in very good conditions overtime . I have decided to join two existing apartment and open a true bed and Breakfast very close to the Eiffel tower .This was a technical challenge to get a private bathroom with it's own toilet for each room.These flats usually consists of a double living room two bedroom and only one bathroom. the extensive work started in October 2015 and within 4 month we have been able to complete all the construction work. We have kept the Parisian style You have one fireplace in each room a century old parquet flooring and ceiling corniches. My friend Sabine was in charge of all furnishing with the objective of having a contemporary atmosphere in a traditional Parisian apartment We are please to open for the spring when travelers are visiting Paris. I do live in the same building as well as my parents and all my there children. We are waiting for you to share this experience .
I worked in the banking industry until 2006 and since then I'm involved in property and the tourist industry. This bed and breakfat in Paris next to the Eiffel Tower is our new adventure
The apartment’s neighborhood on the left bank by the river Seine is a very secured and residential area. it is the perfect peaceful place to rest after a busy day visiting museums and monuments of Paris. It is only 300m from to the famous Eiffel Tower which is the monument best identified with Paris, otherwise you can enjoy the peace and quietness of the charming streets around.
