The Résidence Epinat II offers three apartments with all the necessary comfort to welcome you:
- Alone or as a couple, the "Le 18" apartment offers a bedroom/living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and Wi-Fi.
- For up to 4 people, the "Le 180" apartment offers two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. Please note: only one toilet is accessible from one bedroom.
- For up to 6 people, the "Le 181" apartment offers two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and two toilets. Wi-Fi is available.
These three accommodations are located on the ground floor and 1st floor, without lift, of the Résidence Epinat II which has 3 levels (the upper two floors are made up of two apartments occupied by our residential tenants).
Finally, the Résidence Epinat II benefits from the city's last free parking lot just in front of the building, place Jean Epinat.

Ideally located near the city center with free parking in front of the building on Place Jean Epinat, the Résidence Epinat II is very convenient for discovering Vichy. The Residence is also located near the covered market (ideal for discovering local specialties and shopping for fresh food).
The Park, the lake or the Vichy thermal baths are within a 15-minute walk. The train station and the city center are less than 10 minutes away on foot.
