I live in Germany and was born in London and first went to the Cote D´Azur in summer 2021. I visited many places including the delightful town of Menton. With it´s Belle Epoque buildings, the closeness to the Alps and to the Italian Riveria makes this place very special. I managed to buy this wonderful appartment from a family living in Menton who had been successfully renting it through-out the year. I am very proud to be able to continue with their warm and professional hospitality and look forward to be hosting new and regular guests from previous bookings. The apartment is located only 100m from the beach front and has a wonderful big garden with lemon and lime trees. The garden is 25 square metres so that it extends the living area to 65 square metres in all. Half of the garden is in the shade where you can sit and play cards and eat outside. The other half of the garden is open so that you can enjoy the sun in your private little haven. Also Ideal for small children and for small dogs as it is on the ground floor and is a private area which is fenced off. The roof top pool is open to all residents and is open for most of the year. The roof top terrace overlooks the old town of Menton and is also a lovely spot to sit and read. There are park benches available on the terrace. My property manager Jane will be also taking care of you and will organise your check-in. You will be shown where the parking lot is and how to get to the pool. There is a child lock on the gate but you will find further explainations in the instruction manual which is written in English, French, German and Italian.
