The hotel is open daily from 06:30 to 22:00 and on Sundays and public holidays from 07:30 to 22:00.

If you plan to arrive after 22:00, please contact the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Exceptionally, on 24 and 31 December, the hotel closes its doors at 19:00. Guests will not be able to arrive after this time.

Please note that for reservations of 5 or more rooms, different policies apply. Once your reservation has been confirmed by the property, you will be required to pay a prepayment.

Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to use the Automated Distributor to retrieve the room number and access code at any time.

To do this, have your reservation number and your bank card ready for payment, then follow the instructions on the screen. The access code to your room also opens the gate and the door to the hotel lobby. The distributor is located at the hotel entrance.
