Inspired from the American "Tiny House", this former garage of less than 450 sq. ft. has been restored to bring you the comfort of a 2 bedrooms house for the price of a studio.
Located in Honfleur city centre, the house features a private parking, a large kitchen, a huge cinema screen with Dobly sound and PS3 game console, two terraces facing South, and two bedrooms.
It is a connected house : you can control light, heating, shutters, music, and video from a touch on the provided tablet.
