Unique in Vichy, ideally located in the heart of the city, a fully renovated house with unique design touches on 3 floors for up to 12 people. Comfortable (central heating, bathrooms, wc, Wifi ....), it includes on the 1st floor a spacious living space (kitchen and living room / dining room). On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms, WC. On the 3rd floor, a spacious loft style apartment with a large terrace. The house has been renovated to provide a unique experience of coliving, each floor being dedicated to a space and a lifestyle: on the 1st floor, a vast living room opened on a fully equipped kitchen and dining space to be shared for both appartments. On the 2nd floor, an apartment with 3 bedrooms including a master suite and 2 bathrooms. On the top floor, a loft that can accommodate up to 4 people with a terrace overlooking the roofs of the city. Close to La Poste car park (30 meters).

Located in the city center historic pedestrian area, the house is close to the covered market (ideal for discovering local specialties and to buy some fresh food). The large car park "Parking Municipal de la Poste" (Place Charles de Gaulle) is very close to the house (less than 30 meters) and very convenient to park without any difficulty: 430 places, night package from 7pm till 9am, daily and weekly packages available as well. Vichy green park at 3', riverbank at 10' and train station at 5'.
