By making a reservation, you have agreed to all policies, including agreeing that any and all 'damage' to property that occurs during your stay, including replacement or repair costs to damaged furnishings, items or fixtures including (and not limited to) sheets, towels, bedding, rugs, tubs or showers will be deducted from the deposit. The property reserves the right to determine to what extent the items can be repaired, dry cleaned or if they need to be replaced.
