Cottage near Silverstone Circuit with patios
Set in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside in the village of Farthingstone, just 8 miles from Silverstone Circuit and within access to the HS2 route , Bay Tree Cottage offers a mix of self-catering accommodation. Located in the centre of the village, Bay Tree Cottage offers a selection of different sized self-contained self catering properties, ranging from a 1 bed studio apartment to a large 3-bed barn conversion. All properties have their own fully equipped kitchen and living room areas, and an outdoor patio area. The venue is perfect for group events and gatherings for friends, families and colleagues. Local activities include horse riding, hiking and guests can go and explore the Midlands and Cotswolds regions. A drop-off service to Silverstone Circuit can be arranged at an extra cost and there is space for helicopter landings if required. For transportation, access to M1 and M40 is possible 6 miles away and Northampton Railway Station is 10 mile away, offering connections to London.

Jenny & Will have been living at Bay Tree Cottage since 2005 when they brought the property …together with a caravan, which they lived in for two years while they renovated the house transforming in into a beautiful family home.
They have two beautiful boys, George and Alfie …. plus Meg and Wally the dogs!
As landscape gardeners and horticulturists, they have created a beautiful family garden, productive vegetable plot and continue to develop their orchard and paddocks, planting an interesting mix of native trees and fruit.

Hi! We would be delighted to welcome you to stay with us at Bay Tree Cottage! We have a selection of properties for you to choose from and, with different sizes & facilities, there is something for everyone!
Our one-bed cottage,The Bottle Top, is Grade 2 listed and has all the modern-day luxuries combined with lots of traditional & quirky features. It is cosy and quaint and always a great hit with guests.
Our other accommodation, Baker's Den, Weavers Retreat, The Foragers and Cedar Barn are all in a new barn conversion which was completed in 2017. In contrast, they are contemporary & modern but retain a traditional look with open beams & Northants stonework.
We are lucky to live in a beautiful village with fantastic walks right from the doorstep. Guests can wake up to wonderful views over the fields & enjoy the silence of the countryside! It is a fantastic escape from the busy world, but with easy access to the M1, M40, Silverstone, HS2, trains & airports, we are not totally out of reach!
We strive to make sure that everyone enjoys their stay, and are happy to answer questions or queries, or help with any extra requirements!

Bay Tree Cottage is located in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside, in the beautiful village of Farthingstone. It is really peaceful, with only the sheep to keep you awake at night!
There is a wide range of activities on our doorstep to suit all speeds of life – from Llama treking to Formula 1! The local countryside also lends itself to many other activities such as walking, cycling, riding and golf. Or you can just sit and relax, read a book or paint a picture.
There are lots of lovely pubs in the surrounding villages, some make a great destination for a walk with a reward of fabulous food and drink when you get there! Or if you fancy doing something more cultural, we are near to Cannons Ashby, Stowe Landscape Gardens, Warwick Castle and Bletchley Park. And for some retail therapy, take a visit to The Heart of The Shires Shopping Village, the Old Dairy Farm in Church Stowe or there is always Bicester Village. For towns to visit, you can take a trip to Birmingham, Leamington Spa or Oxford. We are always happy to give you a few suggestions too.

Please note that rates during the Silverstone Grand Prix are non refundable and payable on the day of booking.
In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your booking the property will endeavour to re-let the accommodation on your behalf and, if successful, will gladly give you a full refund, less GBP 15 admin fee. It is recommended to use travel insurance which covers cancellation charges.
Unless other arrangements have been made, payment for the accommodation will be taken in full at the time of the booking.
