The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Pre-authorisation: We will take a £100 pre-authorisation transaction per room. This is only a hold on £100 from your account for the duration of your stay and it is then released back to your account within 3-5 business days*. We do not accept cash deposits; it must only be on a valid credit or debit card in the guests’ name.
