In Edinburgh’s historic Old Town, this Hotel Du Vin has uniquely styled bedrooms in a former city asylum. At the hotel’s heart is a French Bistro, serving produce from the Lothian region. A Plasma TV, Egyptian linen and luxury private bathroom is featured in each elegant room in this impressive building. Many rooms retain signature original features and roll top baths. Within the 4-star Hotel Du Vin Edinburgh is the chic Bistro Du Vin. Berwick lamb and pork and quality produce sourced from local suppliers is served in the relaxed French-style dining room. Guests can relax in the mezzanine bar, or sample a range of fine wines from around the globe in the Laroche tasting room. A walk-in humidor stocks an extensive range of luxury cigars.
