Situated on the A170 between Helmsley and Pickering, the George and Dragon Inn is in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. It offers full English breakfasts, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Originally a 17th-century coaching inn, its rooms are spacious and come with a TV. Each also has facilities for making tea and coffee, and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. The George and Dragon serves traditional pub food and real ales. Guests can dine in the bistro and fine-dining restaurant, and relax in the garden. Kirkbymoorside is an old market town with a partially cobbled main street. Scarborough and Whitby are both less than 25 miles from the building. Please note that not all of our rooms are dog-friendly. Please ring to check before booking.
