Beautiful Georgian Town House minutes walk away from Tunnels Beach and Tunnels Wedding Venue with four private parking spaces nearby. This property has stairs as Accomodation is over four floors plus a laundry room in the basement. We have a quiet, enclosed, large Courtyard with seating for 10+ persons with Festoon lights and the essential BBQ. The town's high street is 75 yards up the road and includes the 'Embassy Cinema' offering 2 Large Screens plus an exclusive sofa-seated Screen. Likewise, it is only 50 yds down the street to their Seafront and Promenade. You can walk on the level through the Gardens to the Landmark Theatre and onto the Harbour and Pier. Enjoy a visit to the Ilfracombe Aquarium or sign up for a Boat Trip along our beautiful coastline. There are many activities to enjoy in the resort of Ilfracombe plus a plethora of paces to see in and around North Devon itself - the beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton or the cliff-side majesty of the Lynton and Lynmouth. Alternatively, enjoy our South West Coastal Path across the Torrs or the opposite direction to Combe Martin across Hillsborough and Berrynarbor Cove. There's many a treasure to discover.
We are always on the end of a phone if anything is needed contact numbers in case of emergency in the folder which is located on the kitchen table in the property. Please enjoy our property and enjoy our Town and surrounds. We think it's great, hope you do too.
Centrally located to both harbour and high street. Located a two minute walk to the Tunnels beach and Wedding Venue with Car Parking for 4 Cars. There is a map and keys showing our Private Car Park location on Kitchen table on arrival - about 75yds just across the road. Also right by the High Street and Promenade. There are many shops, restaurants, Takeaways and Theatre all close by.
Buses run regularly to Woolacombe and Barnstaple.
