Please note that this property is located right next to the A30 road and guests might experience some noise disturbance.
Pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival to cover for any damages caused to the property. An amount equivalent to the booked room rate will be taken for 1-night stays and 50% of the total room rate for bookings for more than one night.
A surcharge of £25 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.
For any checkin post 10 pm, it is mandatory to contact the hotel pro-actively to check if late checkin is available. This is whole sole consent of the property if they will be in a position to entertain the late check-in
