The elegant 17th-century Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa in the Gloucestershire countryside is within a 10-minute drive from Historic City of Gloucester and a 20-minute drive away from the Regency town of Cheltenham. The four-star, AA Hotel, features a luxury spa, restaurant, a lounge bar within the original beams of the manor, newly redecorated bedrooms, 24-hour room service and complimentary WiFi. The newly redecorated bedrooms at Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa include a desk, television, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer tea and coffee making facilities and mineral water. The Spa features a swimming pool with relaxing garden views, a vitality pool, thermal suite with experience showers, ice fountain, sauna, steam room, a tepidarium and heated loungers for relaxation. The Spa also features a gymnasium, lounge and cafe area with champagne bar. The treatments suite has six luxury treatment rooms including a double treatment suite on request, and a relaxation lounge. Spa Treatments are an additional extra for guests to enjoy, pre-booking is essential and subject to availability. A Spa entry allocation is inclusive for all bedroom types. Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa is a magnificent 17th Century manor house set amidst 37 acres of beautiful grounds and gardens in the heart of the Gloucestershire countryside on the edge of the Cotswolds. From our newly refurbished bedrooms to delicious local cuisine to our luxury spa, a stay at Hatherley Manor provides a sumptuous experience from start to finish. We are located just four miles from the Historic Cathedral City of Gloucester and six miles from the regency town of Cheltenham Spa we are in an ideal location. Please note we are a dog friendly hotel. As an independent hotel, we understand that friendly service, quality food and value for money are key to a successful stay.

Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa is situated perfectly between Cheltenham and Gloucester on the edge of the Cotswolds. Gloucestershire is a beautiful county; within its rolling countryside, it is home to many historical landmarks, Cheltenhams world famous racecourse and a few members if the Royal family. From the Cotswold villages to the Historical Docks, there are hundreds of places to see and endless things to do. As the birthplace of Button Gwinnett, renowned in America as the second of the signatories on the United States Declaration of Independence as a representative of Georigia, Hatherley Manor's tiny village of Down Hatherley is steeped in history itself. Button was also briefly the provisional president of Georgia in 1777. Gwinnett Country (now a major suburb of Atlanta) was named after him. Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa itself, originally built as the 17th century Hatherley Manor, was allegedly built for the illegitimate son of Oliver Cromwell.

Standard Classic Bedrooms will include complimentary flip flops for guests. Robes can be hired for an additional GBP 5 per person. All other room types will include complimentary robe hire and flip flops for guests.

There is a children's swimming pool charge for GBP 10 per child for any room type booked. Children will be able to swim daily between 09:00 - 10:30 and 16:30 - 18:00.

Spa access, including the swimming pool & gym, is restricted to a certain number of hours per guest, depending upon the room type booked.

Superior Spa bedrooms with balconies are subject to availability. Requests are required to be made in advance.
