This unique place has a style all its own. Originally part of a large house, it is situated in the original garden but has its own private space. Private parking comes with this apartment accessed via a shared driveway. As the name suggests, you would only know the apartment is there if shown and it therefore offers privacy from the outside world. It is a ground floor apartment so great for those with mobility issues as well as groups of friends and families.
The space
The apartment comprises of a compact open plan lounge/kitchen area, making it an ideal space for socialising after a busy day exploring everything the area has to offer. The hallway leads to a cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin, meaning you do not need to access any bedrooms whilst enjoying a meal and time together.
Both bedrooms also have private ensuite comprising of walk in showers, WC and hand basins.
Guest access
The property can be accessed via steps from the lane access however, acessible private parking is offered via a shared drive making it ideal for those with mobility issues.
Other things to note
This is a ground floor apartment with a property above so occasionally you can hear your neighbours.
We live next door to the property so can be accessible if and when needed. We like to interact with our guests but only if this is what they wish. You are in control....
Trecynon is a vibrant community with shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the property and Zip World being only 5 miles away, Bike Park Wales 20 minutes away.
With good transport and road links you can explore more of South Wales with ease. Brecon Beacons National Park, Wales, Rock UK Summit Centre are all within half an hour’s drive for outdoor activities. There are beautiful country parks, wonderful waterfall walks, and traditional towns to visit. The bus/railway station is a short walk away, and good road links to get you around. Further afield, perhaps enjoy a day trip to the coast where you can visit Blue Flag beaches, famous seaside towns, and enjoy miles of impressive coastline, or maybe you could indulge in some retail therapy and fine dining in Wales’ capital city of Cardiff, under an hour’s drive away.
