Hill Bank is a detached stone cottage located in the village of Hutton Roof in Cumbria. It has four bedrooms including a super king-size with a single day bed and an en-suite, two more super king-size beds and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom and a shower room, the property can sleep nine people. Also inside there is a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a sun room. To the outside there is off road parking for four cars and a surrounding garden.

The village of Hutton Roof is in South Cumbria, between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. The village hosts events including a Fell Race and Country Fair. Hutton Roof Crags Nature Reserve is nearby and is home to a variety of butterflies, birds and plant life. The market town of Kirkby Lonsdale, with its architecture and Devil's Bridge is within reach and offers a variety of shops and a selection of pubs and restaurants. Kendal, with its cobbled streets, art gallery and museum is eleven miles away, whilst the villages of Arnside, Sedbergh, Settle and the picturesque Lune Valley are all within easy touring distance.
